Is is really as hard as it looks?
It depends on your personal level of fitness as to whether you will find our boot camp training extremely hard or just plain difficult. But you can rest assured we do monitor you closely to ensure you are within your own personal limits during our Perth boot camp training program.
How long does it take to get fit?
By the end of our Perth boot camp training program you will be a lot fitter than when you started. Some people enjoy the progress so much they continue with the boot camp program each time, but that is up to you.
Who will train me?
We work together and individually based on a person(s) or group(s) own needs. You can of course work with whomever you feel most comfortable with, when you visit our training facilities in CanningVale, Perth, WA you can decide.
What's a typical fitness session?
We always start with a warm up followed by stretching to prevent injury. We then work through our intense boot camp training program. We get the results because we know the exact intensity to train you and push you onto the next level. After the workout we will ensure you receive a cooling down period and another stretching session to aid muscle recovery.
Where will I train?
We have our own training facility and gym at CanningVale, Perth,WA; however, we utilise the outdoor areas surrounding our CanningVale studios for our boot camp program.
How many are in a bootcamp group?
We don't believe in huge classes even with bootcamp. Smaller classes means we can really keep an eye on what you are doing and make sure you are working out at the proper intensity.
How much will it cost?
We have a range of prices based on the length of time you decide to train with us. There are also different pricing structures for personal training, group training and bootcamp. Simply contact us for more information.
How long is my commitment?
When you sign up for boot camp you are committed to the entire program. That is another reason why boot camp is so effective. You pay up front so you turn up.
Are there additional costs involved?
All you need to begin any kind of fitness or training program is a decent pair of trainers / runners and some sweat pants and t-shirts. Ladies you may also like to invest in some good support if you don't have any. Any additional items such as heart rate monitors or pedometers is entirely up to you, but are not necessary in the beginning.
How do you assess my fitness?
We use a range of measures to assess your fitness levels. This can be a simple Q&A session at the beginning to see how much exercise you have done and when, this will also tell us whether you have any conditions or concerns we need to work with. We can also measure body fat levels which can be used to track your progress.
