Exercise & Health Australia

There are many benefits of exercise on our health and wellbeing. People who exercise on a regular basis tend to be healthier, happier and smaller (more toned) than those who say they don't have time to exercise.
With so many studies advocating the benefits of exercise on our health, the problem should not be - I don't have time to exercise, rather - which exercise is the best one for my health and wellbeing and how can I incorporate that into my normal day-to-day activities.
This blog explores the issues surrounding exercise on health and dispels the myths (or should that be excuses) as to why we can't exercise for our health and wellbeing.
