Regular exercise has many benefits
I recently re-did one of my clients stats. She has made excellent progress since the beginning of the year and is beginning to see the rewards for her efforts.
But it wasn't just the weight loss on the scale, or the numbers on the tape measure coming down, but her blood pressure was down too... and by a good number too. She had in fact moved from being in the danger category that may have required medical / pharmaceutical intervention to a much healthier range for her current level of health, fitness, weight and BMR.
She knows she still has a little way to go, but reducing her weight by as little as 10% has seen her receive massive health benefits as a result.
Isn't it time to exercise for health as well as weight loss?
