Losing weight helps increase your energy levels

If you stop and think about it, if you are overweight by even a little bit you are going to have to expend more energy carrying it around, which means you are not going to have the energy to do much of anything else.

Say for instance you joined our 12 week to a new you program and over the course of the 12 weeks you lost 10 kilos (proven results) - imagine how much lighter you would feel, let alone be.

Don't believe me how it can make such a difference to your energy levels?

Well why not go and pick up 2 x 5 kilo bags of potatoes and carry them around all day. I'm sure you will agree you will get tired pretty quickly. Your energy levels would be quickly depleted. Isn't it any wonder. If the statistics are to be believed, most people do carry too much weight around, which usually means their energy levels are lowered as a result - along with all the associated risks of course.

However, losing weight on our 12 week to a new you program isn't the only benefit, nor is increasing your energy levels. You will also become stronger, gain more confidence, look and feel much better in yourself and your clothing. And as your energy levels increase your confidence in yourself and your abilities will increase and the cycle will just keep going.
