3,500 calories = 1 kilo

Did you know you have to create a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose 1 kilo of fat.

Staggering when you think about it.

Now, most people who read that would think, well I'll just cut my calorie intake down by 500 calories a day and over 1 week I'll achieve a 1 kilo fat loss.

Well yes you could, but you need to ensure you are consuming the right amount of calories in the first place. Trying to cut out 500 calories a day is hard.

So how can you eat properly and reduce your calorie intake by 500 a day? Consider this - why not try eating the same and exercising more. Fat loss can occur quite easily when you create a fat loss deficit and what easier way than through exercise.
