Easy ways to lose fat

Are there some easy ways to lose fat?

Actually yes and no, sorry about that.

The best way to lose fat is to eat a sensible and balanced diet, do not drink copious amounts of alcohol or fizzy drinks, make sure you exercise regularly and get adequate amounts of sleep.

Which sounds far too boring and normal doesn't it. What about "FUN"?

And that is why we say "yes" AND "no"

To be fair we all know what we should and should not do, the ones who succeed are the ones who stick to it - over the course of their entire life.

Don't fall into the trap of going on a diet, when you think about it, we are all on a diet. The real question is - is the diet you are on making you

  • Put weight on
  • Take weight off
  • Keep your weight the same?

Once you have determined that, then you can decide whether to cut down you food and alcohol etc consumption and / or increase your level of exercise.
