Fat Loss: Move it to lose it
Exercise, especially cardiovascular exercise needs to be an essential component of your fat loss program.
I can hear the groans from here.
Unfortunately there is no magic pill for fat loss, it takes time and it takes consistent effort to lose fat - AND keep it off.
Consider how long it has taken you to reach where you are now. Now consider the healthy way to lose fat which is 1 - 2lbs a week (or half - t 1 kilo) and you can see how much time and effort it is going to take. But believe me, it is well worth it.
With that in mind, you do need to find a way of exercising on a regular basis - and depending on how much fat you have to lose, this could be daily, so your exercise needs to be enjoyable for you.
But you can intersperse "normal" activities into your routine to give your fat loss an extra boost.
Consider cleaning windows or raking leaves as too very good examples of a low impact exercise with fat burning potential. All you need to do is raise your heart rate for a period of 20-30 minutes to gain the benefit.
You don't have to go to the gym and spend hours on a treadmill - although why people do this is beyond me if there is an opportunity to walk outside - why not do it - far more interesting things to look at - You can use "normal" activities to increase your fat loss rate.
