Struggling to lose belly fat? This may be the reason - Found this article and the stats are quite disturbing

"Despite nutritionists banging on for years that we should be eating more fruit and vegetables, most Australians have been ignoring them. The 2007-08 National Health Survey showed that 93 per cent of Aussie blokes aren’t eating the recommended daily amount of vegetables. Unsurprisingly, our waistlines have bulged; that same survey showed that 68 per cent of us are overweight or obese."
