Hilary
Looking at her now, you would never know Hilary had ever been fat, frumpy and unfit. But at 49 she confesses that was exactly how she was. Not wanting to reach the milestone of 50 feeling the same way about herself, she decided to make some changes, and you have to admit they are impressive.
With a BSc (UK) Dietetics & Nutrition Hilary is well placed to teach you everything you need to know about healthy eating. Combining the Level III Instruction Group Fitness, Level IV Personal Training and the Advanced Trainer (Thump) Boxing for Fitness qualifications she can tailor fat loss, general weight loss, fitness and healthy eating programs just for you.
There are other benefits too, you also get improved muscle tone and bone density. You have more energy, reduced stress and a feeling of well being and youth. With soaring self-confidence, higher self esteem and you look better in your clothes.
Hilary took first place in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 INBA WA Figure & Fitness Competition in the over 50s category, and her energy and enthusiasm for competition has not diminished.
Hilary is proof positive you are never too old to begin the process of getting fit AND staying there. At 55 she says she has never felt so good.
