    While some people may have naturally toned looking skin and muscles these qualities usually result from a combination of diet and exercise.

    Having a toned physique takes time and patience especially if you are carrying excess levels of body fat. To show your toned muscles you do need to reduce the amount of body fat you carry. In addition, to keep your toned body you need to continue exercising and making sensible eating choices. In reality your diet and your exercise regime should form part of your normal lifestyle. If you stop exercising you will lose your toned physique.
